My employer denies that there is anything untoward behind this, but as of this evening I am able to access from my office computer everything but the following:
The New York Times
The Guardian (London)
El Pais (Madrid)
Le Monde (Paris)
Der Spiegel (Berlin)
The fact that these five newspapers are also the conduit for the Wikileaks 'Cablegate' dump is, of course, purely coincidental.
But hey, when the horse has bolted the barn petulance is always a constructive and common sense response.
